In urgent emergencies, you can reach us by telephone even outside opening hours. Please dial 100 on your telephone.

Please note that the reception is closed overnight.
If you wish to return to the hotel after 20:00, please take your room key with you.

On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am.

Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms. If you smoke nevertheless, we unfortunately have to charge you a special cleaning fee (150 €) as well as a possible fire department intervention (by triggering the fire alarm). If you get the idea to remove the smoke detector, there will be another 100 € compensation plus costs for the deployment of the emergency service or the fire department.
